Were you planning on baking some cookies this holiday season? If that was already on your festive agenda for the next few days, you might as well enter your creations into another one of the “dream job” contests—specifically, one that comes with cash, cookies and parchment paper. The successful applicant/winner will be named the Reynolds Kitchens Cookie Connoisseur. Here’s what that means and how to enter.
What the position entails
The Reynolds Kitchens Cookie Connoisseur will spend the rest of the holiday season baking cookies on cookies—including developing four of their own brand-new cookie recipes. They will also be required to share their “favorite cookie recipe, secret ingredient, or crazy cookie ingredient that will blow our taste buds away,” according to Reynolds Kitchens.
The successful applicant must also permit Reynolds Kitchens to share their recipe on the company’s Cookie Countdown to 2021 on Facebook and on their website. Yes, that’s a lot of work, but it also comes with a $5,000 paycheck and plenty of parchment paper. Get excited!
How to apply
Here’s what you need to include in your application:
Your age, city, state, and zip code (Must be 18+ and live in the United States)
Photo of your cookie recipe
Your cookie recipe with bulleted list of ingredients
Explanation of why you deserve the job (in 250 words or fewer)
Even if you aren’t selected for the job, a few randomly select applicants will receive a complimentary cookie kit so you can bake along with the actual winner.
