Another victim claimed that the scheme saw "so many users signing up" that Rack and Raangee (another NBA 2K player) put together an FAQ document that explains how it worked. P.TV has obtained a copy of NBA2king a document in which Raangee claimed he was "the person who can get opportunities for others".

While Rack, Calvin and another accomplice, who doesn't appear to belong to the NBA 2K community dealt with the financial aspects of the plan. (P.TV has not been able to get in touch with Calvin, and has chosen not to release his last name.)

Rangee says in the FAQ document in the FAQ document that "first foremost we'd like to make clear that the activity we're carrying out isn't at all illegal." This FAQ document was obtained by P.TV. "If it were illegal then I would not do this because I don't believe that any sum of money would warrant me going to Jail.

Remember, if this was a scam I, as well as Rack, wouldn't have to go through the effort of putting their names on the internet for others to be aware of who we are. This community is very dear to me and I've invested a lot time trying to get my name out there."

Simply put, victims believed that if they paid Calvin an amount of money, Rack would pay them back at a high interest rate. Raangee would get a 25% cut as part of an amount for recruitment. In the FAQ, Rack usually sends a receipt to Buy 2K MT Xbox show what's owed. The funds are received within seven to fourteen business days, due to the security of his bank.
