This new realm could be found after the mountain move (which would be quite dangerous by the way) or in a huge island like karamja. But you're most likely thinking" what will be the story behind this place?" .So... in order to get that you would also have to begin a quest. At the first place captain Ned in draynor will inform you there are stories of sailors locating a island which isnt from the maps but are afraid of going there. Your mission is to go research! This way we can also add samurai and ninja armour into the game as reward in the quest. I hope that you guys like my ideas about this and also please don't hesitate to give your opinion!
